The task I was hired for was to provide a solution for enabling the company promote their business, inspire trust and gain clients. A fast way to collaborate with potential clients and provide them a reliable way of communication were the goals for the website. Simple, clean and trustworthy work.

The client I designed the web solution for has an auto transport and logistics company that ships cars all over the US. Their plan is to grow the business much more, so the actual website presents only the beginning of the challenges desired for this expansion.
Latest addition on the website, before the part 2 development is finished, presents the Google reviews the company is receiving.

DEFINING COMPANY’S CONCEPT
After initial discussions with the client I was able to understand the requirements, reflect towards brand guidelines and acknowledge business desired outcomes. Strategy meetings were a guideline in this process. The desired deliverable was simple, the requirements were not at all sophisticated, but always simple and honest is hard to build.

With goals and brand specifics put on paper and agreed upon, aiming for reaching these objectives was the way of shaping the vision I’ve encountered for the organization. These were the helper questions:
- Who are you and what do you have to say?
- Why should people listen ?
- What values do you hold so strongly ?
- What stands as the flawless experience?
Framing the solution from a user experience standpoint, while taking into consideration all things explained above were part of my design process.
DESIGN WITH USABILITY IN MIND
Clean and simple design presenting systematized information. This helps user browse the page easily and find needed actions effortlessly. The request was for something plain with a trustworthy touch.
BOD Auto Transport has added value to its brand by standing out from the competition by providing a trusted tool to the people in need for a transport and presenting their business up front, with clear details and pictures. No overwhelming the user or forcing them to spend too much time figuring out an opinion about the company.
